We, as mid-career professionals with experience in leading cross-functional teams, have observed that there are limited resources and communities focused on comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) thinking and examining both successful and unsuccessful GTM strategies for SaaS. As a GTM leader or an entrepreneur, it is essential to create a growth strategy, align it with the team's objectives, and implement processes that support your product and engineering efforts to grow your business, whether you primarily rely on sales or product-led growth. We are dedicated to building a community in this area by sharing our own experiences and those of industry experts, creating a group of GTM leaders, and offering ideas for developing your own GTM strategies.
Who’s behind this?
Asif Mohammad, a Berkeley and BITS Pilani alum, has over 8 years of experience in product management and entrepreneurship in B2B SaaS. He is passionate about creating software products, formulating product growth strategies, implementing product-led growth techniques, leading product teams, and mentoring early-stage start-ups.
Namrata Mani, a Berkeley-Haas alum, has 9+ years of experience in Business Operations, Growth focused initiatives, Customer Success Ops, and Sales. She is passionate about building growth-focused strategies and processes that scale, corporate culture, and helping early career professionals with career advancement frameworks.
